Registration

The eX...it! Workshop Project is open to all dancers and dance interested of all levels of eXperience in dance.

Most important is, that every participant takes responsibility for his or her own health and participates in the training only as much active as it can be managed. 

Terms and Conditions

Please read carefully before registering, because...

1. ...by submitting the online registration form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to following conditions and that you are aware that you carry out a binding registration: we will reserve a place for you and you commit yourself to pay the fee.
2. The Workshop fee is rising according to the date of payment. Please check these deadlines and the payment conditions at the menu Expenses.
   
3. After we receive your online registration you will get an email with all necessary payment details a few days later. Please note that it could take a bit more time, if a weekend or holidays are involved.
   
4. Please note, that not the day of registration, but the date your payment enters our account is crucial for the advanced booking deadlines. Please consider the processing time banks need when booking. 
5. Please note, that your participation will not be safe as long we have not received your registration fee. Your participation will be ensured then by a confirmation email as soon as we have received your registration fee. Places are available on a "first come, first serve" basis.
6. A cancellation of registration is just possible under following conditions:
   

   until 30. April 2011	reimbursement but 25 Euro cancellation fee deducted
   until 31. May 2011	reimbursement but 100 Euro cancellation fee deducted
   until 30. June 2011	reimbursement but 250 Euro cancellation fee deducted
   from 1. Juli 2011	no reimbursement - a cancellation is only possible, if you present another participant to take over your ticket.  In that phase no money will be refunded under any circumstances!

7. IMPORTANT!!! At the check-in every participant must present a paid health insurance valid for Germany! There may be a chance to purchase a policy at or office on demand. (Please check on that before arrival with the booking service of Schloss Broellin: robert-guestbooking@exit.broellin.de).
8. Our intention is to provide a safe environment for learning among all the participants. As an intensive program that works with the body, intellect, emotions and spirit, we recognize that some people may find aspects of the program difficult, trying or potentially risky. To guarantee a relaxed and safe atmosphere at the entire event, each participant commits to take responsibility for his or her personal health and safety, and to respect the other participants, so that everyone in the festival can share a full, rewarding experience.
9. Everyone takes the full responsibility for the own belongings and commits oneself to take care of all facilities and interior of Schloss Broellin.
   
10. Participation in the festival and attendance at Schloss Broellin as well as in all other provided areas is at your own risk. The organizers and teachers are not liable for any physical, emotional or material damages or injuries caused to yourself or others. We do not take responsibility for any loss of property while attending.
